Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 July 2026

These terms govern your use of BidSkim (the "Service"), operated by BidSkim Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. What BidSkim does

BidSkim monitors public procurement sources in Britain for new tender notices, uses assisted scoring to rank them against your company profile, and sends email alerts for relevant matches on paid monitoring plans.

We do not guarantee contract wins, tender accuracy, or completeness. BidSkim is an alerting and discovery tool. You are responsible for verifying all tender details directly on the original procurement portal and making your own bidding decisions.

2. Accounts

3. Free plan

New accounts receive a permanent free plan. At signup we run a one-time match scan across public sector tenders in Britain and pin your highest-scoring match with full detail, plus up to 15 additional blurred preview cards. Signed-in users can browse the tender database. Daily scoring, email alerts, profile rescans, renewals, buyer/supplier intelligence, and similar-contract research are paid features. No credit card is required for the free plan.

4. Paid subscriptions

Pricing

BidSkim Limited is not VAT registered; no VAT is charged on subscriptions. Prices shown are final. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Existing legacy subscribers keep their grandfathered access unless they cancel or change plan.
