What is included

Registered personal care and support for adults living in their own tenancies, in shared houses, clusters or single flats, mainly people with learning disabilities, autism or physical disabilities, with the landlord separate, and hourly outreach and enablement support that helps adults with disabilities or complex needs build skills, networks and independence in the community without accommodation. Bought through frameworks, block hours and individual placements.
