Provision of hard and soft landscaping and garden reinstatement services for residential properties, including structural walling and fencing installation.

  • Erect temporary scaffold access ramps to the side of the buildings at 63 and 65 Deepdene Gardens
  • Remove and dispose of existing trees and vegetation at 63 and 65 Deepdene Gardens
  • Remove all existing timber structures, including decking and sleeper retaining walls, including fixtures and fittings
  • Rebuild existing brick retaining walls, finished with concrete copings
  • Landscape to reinstate the original sloped gradient, finished with topsoil and seed
  • Construct new rock-filled gabion retaining walls
  • Construct new brickwork steps
  • Install new timber fencing
