  • Non-clinical suicide intervention, prevention and postvention support for individuals aged 16+ experiencing suicidal crisis across the CWP footprint.
  • Referral-based contact by a dedicated Suicide Intervention Worker within 24 hours, creation of an immediate safety plan, face-to-face appointment pathway and flow through to post-intervention support.
  • Support for CWP First Response teams, mainly Psychiatry Liaison, Home Treatment Teams and Crisis Lines, using the ASIST approach and PAL Model.
