• A national, pan-Wales support service for people seeking sanctuary.
• Expert advice and advocacy support for forced migrants living in Wales, including free, independent and high-quality legal immigration advice and support for children and young people, women and LGBTQ+ individuals.
• Accessible advice and advocacy regardless of language needs, location or digital connectivity, using communication and interpretation methods.
• Support towards community integration, including strengthening sanctuary seekers’ skills and capacity to build their lives in Wales.
• Data and insights for Welsh Government on trends and gaps in required support.
• Public understanding and awareness of the circumstances, needs and talents of forced migrants living in Wales, through engagement with the media and local communities.
