Inclusion Services Wales

Provision of national advocacy, legal immigration advice, and community integration support services for forced migrants and sanctuary seekers across Wales.

• Provide a national support service for people seeking sanctuary on a pan-Wales basis.
• Provide expert advice and advocacy support for anyone living in Wales as a forced migrant.
• Provide legal immigration advice, with dedicated support for children and young people in these systems, women and LGBTQ+ individuals.
• Provide advice and advocacy support accessible regardless of language needs, location or digital connectivity, using a variety of communication and interpretation methods.
• Provide community integration support for sanctuary seekers, including strengthening their skills and capacity to build their lives in Wales.
• Provide the Welsh Government with data and insights needed to understand and respond to trends and gaps in required support.
• Build public understanding and awareness of the circumstances, needs and talents of forced migrants living in Wales through engagement with the media and local communities.
