Consultancy and audit services contract

Provision of independent gas quality assurance and technical audit services for housing maintenance and servicing contracts.

  • Audit the technical capability of the Association’s appointed gas service and maintenance contractor on 10% of reactive repairs and 10% of servicing work
  • Provide ad-hoc audits for gas-related matters requiring technical expertise or a second opinion
  • Assess the quality of new gas installations or replacements, including installations or replacements under the Association’s investment programme
  • Provide audit services for the Association’s five-year planned maintenance programme
  • Provide post-contract clerk of works services, reports, liaison with planned maintenance contractors, and sign-off of new installations
