Delivery of person-centred Housing First support services for people experiencing homelessness and complex needs, helping sustain permanent tenancies.

  • Provide high-quality, Housing First support to individuals with multiple complex needs who have been provided with a permanent tenancy through the Housing First Programme in designated areas of Dumfries and Galloway, initially predominantly Lower Nithsdale and Annandale.
  • Provide relationship-based, unconditional and portable support that is person-led rather than system-led.
  • Use a trauma-informed approach and provide proactive support based on individual needs.
  • Provide support at the recommended ratio of one support worker to seven people using the service.
