Annual inspection and servicing, and day-to-day repairs, of commercial gas and oil boiler installations
Five-yearly fixed-wire inspection incorporating an electrical installation condition report (EICR)
Five-yearly inspection and servicing of domestic-grade fire detection including smoke and heat alarms
Remedial work associated with EICRs to maintain installations to a satisfactory standard
