What the contract covers

Works contract

Provision of external wall insulation and energy efficiency retrofit services for residential housing stock to improve thermal performance.

  • Deliver an external wall insulation programme for three-bedroom semi-detached hard-to-treat properties in East Leake
  • Identify the properties and devise solutions to bring them to a modern thermal standard while meeting all safety and energy standards
  • Manage the project in line with PAS:2035/2030 and Microgeneration Certification Scheme requirements, including implementing changes in PAS/MCS/TrustMark legislation within the required timescales
  • Report monthly to Rushcliffe Borough Council in line with Midlands Net Zero Hub reporting guidelines
  • Manage the customer journey, collect and report relevant data, manage disputes and queries, and provide non-technical guidance or literature for the installed system
