Consult and engage with service users with first-hand experience of using health and wellbeing services in the specified secure establishments, through on-site and remote service user engagement and participation activities.
Enable service users to contribute to continuous improvement and inform decision-making on healthcare provision, including regular feedback to secure-setting management, healthcare providers and commissioners.
Hold commissioners and healthcare providers to account around delivery against statutory duties.
