Provision of hardship support services, including money advice, grant distribution, and community network coordination for individuals in financial crisis.

• Deliver needs-led financial-resilience services, including early advice and support for individuals and families in Cambridgeshire experiencing financial hardship, helping clients move on from a crisis point to prevent recurrence.
• Deliver a Money Advice Support Service.
• Deliver supermarket vouchers, recycled goods and new white goods as grants to eligible Cambridgeshire residents experiencing hardship.
• Work collaboratively within Cambridgeshire's Hardship Support System to enable coordinated responses and sharing of intelligence.
• Operate district-based Charity Networks bringing together organisations supporting people experiencing severe hardship and poverty.
• Provide digital and online services.
