Delivery of Official Controls in accordance with assimilated EU and UK law at FSA-approved third-party Food Business Operator premises.
Provision of contract Official Veterinarians (cOV) and contract Official Auxiliaries (cOA) to undertake those Official Controls.
Attendance at meat establishments, including slaughterhouses, cutting premises and approved game handling establishments, with attendance at premises under local authority control and Dairy Establishments when required.
