What the contract covers

Service contract

Provision of behaviour outreach support and inclusion services for schools and educational settings.

Behaviour outreach support for pupils displaying distressed behaviour that is compromising their learning and school attendance, and/or the learning of their peers, and who are at risk of exclusion, delivered primarily through Lincolnshire mainstream schools and academies.
Integration with the Customer's Lincolnshire Ladder of Behavioural Intervention, which provides a stepped approach to supporting pupils at risk of exclusion, including vulnerable groups.
A core and non-core training and workshops offer focused on inclusion and understanding the causative factors of pupils' distressed behaviours, including pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND).
Targeted and intensive outreach support for Lincolnshire mainstream schools and academies where a referral to the Service has been made via the Customer.
