Single-provider service contract

Provision of English language training and employability support services to assist displaced individuals in entering or progressing within the workforce.

Assess learners’ initial English language skills, identify barriers to entering the employment market or higher-paid roles, and develop tailored support plans.
Provide English language tuition to up to 10,000 Ukrainians, including unemployed and low-paid employed learners.
Provide high-quality, individualised employability support to up to 10,000 Ukrainians in parallel with English language classes.
Provide assistance to independent evaluators in collecting impact and monitoring data.
