Delivery of a county-wide service managing 55 units of safe accommodation, including specialist support for children, parenting support, and outreach services for move-on into the community. All multi-occupancy communal areas must be single-sex, and services must be trauma-informed. A ring-fenced budget is available for the refurbishment of accommodation units subject to commissioner agreement.
