Supply, installation, and maintenance of library self-service kiosks with integrated RFID technology and secure payment processing capabilities for public facilities.

Provide a revised and reduced number of 88 self-service kiosks across Kent libraries
Provide kiosk payment facilities via coin, notes, credit/debit and contactless
Implement the new kiosks across Kent libraries using a phased approach
Ensure the solution is PCI-DSS and PAD-DSS compliant and holds ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management accreditation
Dispose of the current 110 outdated kiosks
