  • Develop a self-assessment questionnaire for completion by all members (30+ entities) of the Greater Manchester Resilience Forum
  • Collate and analyse questionnaire findings, producing graphs and charts showing GMRF performance against legal compliance, good practice, and leading practice
  • Produce a strategic analysis of the moderated self-assessment data, future performance ambition across Standards/functional areas, and priorities for improvement including a suggested forward Strategy and prioritised work programme for GMRF
  • Present the Report findings to the GMRF
