The equipment must include a Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) system with appropriate filtration and user interface, specifically designed for CBRN environments. All components, including the suit, PAPR unit, and filters, must be fully compliant with UKCA type examination certification under Annex II of the PPE regulation (EU) 2016/425.
