Landscape consultancy service

Provision of expert landscape consultancy services to support local planning authority development management, application reviews, and planning enforcement processes.

  • Review planning application submissions, including screening/scoping opinions, outline applications, reserved matters submissions and discharge of planning conditions, and provide written responses
  • Review pre-application enquiries and provide written responses
  • Support the EDC case at any subsequent appeal where a planning application has been refused on landscape grounds in accordance with earlier advice
  • Review development sites to ascertain whether approved plans and documents have been followed and provide recommendations where breaches of planning permission have occurred
