  • Inspection, testing, certification, maintenance and cleaning of off-peak/night storage heaters in line with manufacturers’ recommendations, the IET Code of Practice for In-service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment, BS7671 and Servicing Schedule Appendix A
  • Before-and-after cleaning photographs in the service report, with the date and time each photograph was taken
  • Repair faulty existing equipment subject to prior approval by the Budget Holder and Council
