What the contract covers

Managed service

Provision of managed veterinary and auxiliary services to deliver official food safety controls within approved meat and dairy establishments.

Deliver Official Controls in accordance with assimilated EU and UK law at FSA-approved Third Party Premises (Food Business Operator Premises), including meat establishments comprising slaughterhouses, cutting premises and approved game handling establishments.
Provide attendance at premises under local authority control and Dairy Establishments when required.
