Delivery of a West Mercia-wide collaborative partnership for victim support services. This includes Independent Sexual Violence Advisors (ISVA), Independent Domestic Abuse Advisors (IDVA) for high-risk survivors, and an all-risk domestic abuse perpetrator programme comprising high-risk (DRIVE), standard-to-medium risk, and standard Out of Court Resolution (OOCR) interventions. All perpetrator programmes must include integrated victim/survivor support and IDVA provision for those associated with high-risk perpetrators.
