Domestic Abuse Service for People Causing Harm across Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, Portsmouth, and Southampton

The service acts as a single point of contact and entry for referrals, providing needs-led interventions including early engagement pathways, behaviour change programmes, and navigator support. It requires integrated victim safety support and the ability to train professionals in managing challenging conversations. The provider must remain flexible to adapt to national policy shifts, such as the expansion of The Drive Project, while delivering services across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
