Rough Sleeping Service

Delivery of a comprehensive rough sleeping service including severe weather emergency provision (SWEP) and drop-in multi-agency community hubs. The service requires an immediate response to all new, known, reported, and suspected rough sleeping sites, alongside co-ordinated multi-disciplinary partnership working to safeguard individuals and meet their health and wellbeing needs. The provider must ensure delivery models are inclusive of diverse and disproportionately affected groups to reduce homelessness and the use of temporary accommodation.
