Make reports and recommendations about improving local health and social care services
Promote and support public involvement in monitoring, commissioning and providing local health and social care services
Provide information and advice to the public about accessing health and social care services and available options
Make people’s views and experiences known to Healthwatch England
Make recommendations to Healthwatch England to advise the CQC on special reviews or investigations into areas of concern
