Treat the street sweepings so that recovery of reusable materials, including aggregates and organics, is maximised and waste residues sent to landfill are minimised
Accept, weigh and treat street sweepings arising from the Waste Collection Authority district areas of Burnley, Hyndburn, Pendle, and Rossendale, delivered to a Provider's Facility by the Authority and/or its transport contractor(s)
