What the contract covers

Service contract

Provision of professional security guarding and site monitoring services for temporary accommodation facilities, including patrolling and incident reporting.

  • Provide security services for temporary accommodation units within Coppice Court, Britten Road, Lowestoft and 141 St Peters Street, Lowestoft
  • Monitor the accommodation during out-of-office hours, weekends and bank holidays with presence in the buildings during the necessary hours
  • Carry out regular hourly patrols of communal parts and provide daily/nightly reports to East Suffolk Council of issues encountered
  • Deal with anti-social behaviour, health and safety non-compliance, clear corridor policy issues and illegal activities, including reporting and assistance from the local Police authority where required
