• Safety checks, servicing and repair of oil- and gas-fired boilers, domestic air source heat pump systems and appliances.
• Service, repair and replacement of smoke detectors, heat detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.
• Provide these services to the authority’s domestic and sheltered housing properties throughout Pembrokeshire.
• Carry out interim safety checks and certification to void properties before they are let.
