Housing First - Supporting up to 20 clients who have previously experienced rough sleeping and experience complex lives, to maintain their tenancies in Exeter City Council tenancies
Homelessness Prevention - Working alongside the Council's Housing Caseworkers, the Homelessness Prevention worker will work with clients at risk of homelessness to prevent them, wherever possible, to maintain their tenancies and prevent the homelessness from occurring
