Provision of specialist training programmes and educational resource development regarding gambling-related harms for professionals working with young people and adults.

  • Design, develop and deliver basic awareness-raising and knowledge training on gambling-related harms for professionals working with children and young people.
  • Design, develop and deliver basic awareness-raising and knowledge training on gambling-related harms for professionals working with adults.
  • Provide a train-the-trainer offer and train-the-trainer network for professionals working with children and young people or adults.
  • Provide training documentation, advice and support during and following the training.
  • Produce a standalone educational resource pack for sessions on gambling-related harm for children and young people aged 11 to 19, including session plans, recorded resources, slides, discussion points, activities and signposts for assemblies and pop-up events.
  • Use stigma-free language and take a trauma-informed approach in the design and delivery of all training and production of the educational resource pack.
