Provision of confidential, one-to-one employee counselling services for public sector staff and associated external occupational health service users.

Provide a one-to-one, confidential Employee Counselling Service to the Council’s employees and to other external organisations to which the Council’s Occupational Health Services provides counselling services.
Provide the service independently from the Council and at the Council’s Occupational Health Service premises.
