• Provide managed connectivity to connect the Trust’s schools anywhere in England
• Provide a synchronous broadband service for each school and a failover line
• Provide a firewalled service and filtering and security solution compliant with the latest KCSIE regulations
• Provide support and maintenance under a full end-to-end single SLA
• Manage required third parties and provide relevant monitoring, management and reporting
• Provide full installation and transition services
• Provide a technical interface into the Trust’s outsourced support provision
