What the contract covers

Services contract

Provision of land tenure identification, stakeholder contact mapping, and GIS spatial data services for environmental monitoring and survey programmes.

Identify landowners and, where relevant, occupiers and their associated contact details across the three priority sets of SSSIs.
Use all potential sources of information to collate or obtain up-to-date tenure information and landholder contact details for each SSSI.
Produce Arc-GIS-compatible tenure maps and shapefiles for each SSSI.
Produce an 'Access Contacts for Surveyors' spreadsheet cross-referenced with the tenure maps and shapefiles.
