Single-organisation service contract

Provision of overnight and weekend concierge and security services for residential young persons accommodation and supported housing projects.

  • Overnight concierge services 7 days per week and 24-hour concierge services on a Sunday
  • Regularly patrol residents’ hallways and check residents’ presence according to house rules, usually at hourly intervals
  • Building management, including regularly checking grounds and checking for damage, locked doors and windows, broken glass and similar issues, and reporting and noting incidents of anti-social behaviour in the handover file
  • Provide mobile patrols as well as static security
  • Keep noise nuisance to a minimum
  • Manage visitor access to the building
