  • Process and dispose of organic waste arising in West Kent, including waste collected at kerbside and deposited at Household Waste Recycling Centres.
  • Provide a permitted, planned and health-and-safety-compliant waste processing facility.
  • Provide electronic weighing and management information for material delivered to the facility.
  • Maintain contingency arrangements for facility non-availability and plant failure.
  • Accept blended organic waste and food waste subject to legislation and Waste Collection Authority methods.
  • Provide regular reporting on tonnage processed, contamination rates, and recycling/recovery outcomes.
  • Process and dispose of organic waste arising from Mid Kent, including waste collected at kerbside and deposited at Household Waste Recycling Centres.
  • Process and dispose of organic waste arising in East Kent, including waste collected at kerbside and deposited at Household Waste Recycling Centres.
