What the contract covers

Service contract

Provision of abandoned vehicle collection, secure storage, de-pollution, and end-of-life disposal services for local authority waste management operations.

  • Removal of abandoned vehicles, parts of vehicles, caravans, trailers (including lorry trailers) and the like in a variety of conditions.
  • Storage and subsequent third-party collection, or direct de-pollution and disposal, of non-roadworthy vehicles.
  • Safekeeping of roadworthy vehicles while ownership enquiries are carried out, followed where applicable by de-pollution and disposal.
  • Retention of vehicles ready to be destroyed until WCA/WDA confirmation is received.
