What the contract covers

Fixed price

Provision of approved building safety consultancy for cladding-related single building assessments, gateway reviews and independent verification of high-rise residential buildings.

Carry out an initial gateway assessment for each relevant high rise to determine whether a full Single Building Assessment is required.
Carry out full Single Building Assessments where required for up to 14 high rises across Renfrewshire.
Provide peer review of Single Building Assessments, with verification by a different consultant from the appointed organisation.
Carry out the assessment and verification process in line with the Cladding Remediation Programme: Single Building Assessment Specification.
