What the contract covers

Services contract

Provision of evidence-based body image training, workshops, and educational resources for schools, families, and public health system partners.

Deliver an evidence-based whole-school training package that empowers children and young people to respect their own bodies and those of others, promoting positive body image, body confidence, healthy choices and wellbeing, respect for diversity, self-esteem, and movement for enjoyment rather than appearance.
Provide direct work with children and young people, CPD for school staff, and an offer for families.
Upskill and enhance the understanding and confidence of school staff and system partners to support children and young people to have body respect for themselves and others.
Establish whole-school inclusive cultures around body respect and improve children and young people's feelings and attitudes towards their own and others' bodies and appearances.
Provide parents/carers with information that empowers supportive discussions with children and young people around body image and respect and nurtures positive relationships with food and movement from an early age.
Deliver bespoke training/awareness sessions for the Public Health team and key system partners, including school nurses and youth workers.
