Provision of specialist HR advisory and legal consultancy services to review employee relations policies, procedures, and case management systems.

• Full review of specified BFRS policies, procedures and template letters in relation to employee relations, with development of fit-for-purpose documents.
• Identification of gaps and vulnerabilities in current employee-relations provision, with recommendations and actions to address them.
• Review of cases ready for HMIC inspection.
• Overhaul of recording, data management and reporting of employee-relations cases aligned with implementation of the iTrent Module.
