  • Provide an ongoing advisory relationship and access to human-resources-sector research to optimise delivery of SLC’s 3-year people strategy and people aspects of the SLC-wide 3-year transformation programme
  • Provide HR best practice, advisory support, HR tools, templates, maturity assessments and benchmarking data
  • Provide expert advice on leading people and culture transformation to embed the new Target Operating Model and enable SLC’s digital and strategic ambitions
