  • Carry out robust data analysis and benchmarking relating to working-age adults' adult social care offers to interrogate value for money using publicly available data.

  • Build the tool to draw in data on all upper-tier councils delivering adult social care services and update automatically as later years' central-government data is published.
  • Deliver any learning or further recommendations in writing.
  • Make produced written material, tools or content compliant with LGA accessibility requirements and style guide requirements so it can become an online report on the PCH website hosted by LGA.
