Provision of consultancy services for programme design, stakeholder engagement, and the development of inclusive recruitment and assessment frameworks for public bodies.

• Design a new Public Appointments Academy – Entry Pathways Programme that is inclusive, bilingual, and accessible to under-represented groups, extending its reach across all Welsh public bodies and creating clear pathways to a wider range of diverse voices and perspectives.
• Develop a consistent, evidence-based framework for assessing candidates for public appointments, embedding fairness, transparency, and alignment with recognised best practice.
