Provision of specialist consultancy services to develop social value frameworks, supply chain assessment methodologies, and sustainable procurement policy toolkits.

• Assessment of the existing supply chain, including environmental impact, social impact, inclusivity and modern slavery requirements, covering a minimum of the top 20 suppliers by value
• Benchmarking the Heritage Fund's social value against other organisations and sharing best practice
• Assessment and collation of social value criteria within Framework Agreements and other Contracts already used, such as Crown Commercial Services (CCS)
• Understanding Greening Government Sustainable Procurement requirements and how to implement them
• Creation of a methodology to evaluate and monitor social value contribution of new and existing suppliers
• Creation of a toolkit with examples of social value questions linked to different project requirements, including templates and associated guidance for colleagues
• Production of a Suppliers Code of Conduct incorporating sustainability, EDI, modern slavery and anti-bribery
• Drafting of a Modern Slavery Statement for the Heritage Fund
• Recommendations for improvement
