Specialist expert consultancy services

Provision of specialist economic consultancy services to develop social impact evaluation frameworks and SROI toolkits for public sector organisations.

  • Develop a standardised Social Return on Investment (SROI) and general Impact Evaluation framework for evidencing the social and economic impact of digital inclusion initiatives across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
  • Validate the framework through an analysis of existing digital inclusion initiatives.
  • Deliver a practical toolkit enabling ongoing, credible impact reporting that strengthens funding bids, business cases and stakeholder confidence.
  • Make the framework usable for forecasting SROI and Impact in relation to projects being scoped.
  • Design and deliver a comprehensive approach to evidencing the social and economic impacts of a range of digital inclusion initiatives.
