Digital platform provision

Provision of cloud-based operational oversight and real-time data reporting software for NHS integrated care systems and urgent care management.

  • Provide the SHREWD cloud-based digital platform for National Framework Opel reporting and real-time visibility of operational pressures across NHS systems.
  • Support escalation management, incident coordination and system-wide situational awareness.
  • Enable daily monitoring of system pressures through data submitted automatically or via electronic forms.
  • Provide operational oversight across Surrey Heartlands for the ICB and all NHS-funded providers.
  • Support system resilience monitoring and operational coordination by the ICS Urgent Care Team and Surrey Heartlands Operations Centre.
