Provision of specialist workforce planning and analytical modelling services to support strategic healthcare infrastructure business case development and transition planning.

Deliver mobilisation for the structured five-stage workforce planning process.
Conduct baseline workforce analysis.
Develop evidence-based future-state workforce scenarios.
Model interventions and impacts.
Produce outputs required for the Outline Business Case.
Conduct stakeholder engagement, data analysis, modelling adjustments and scenario testing.
Develop a high-level transition plan.
