Lot

Provision of accredited laboratory testing and analytical services for food and feed imports, including microbiological, chemical, and contaminant analysis.

  • Analyse imports of feed and food for Pesticide residues (fresh produce)
  • Documentary check, identity check and physical examination as set out in Assimilated Regulation (EU) 2019/1793
  • Analyse imports of feed and food for Microbiological contaminants
  • Microbiological analysis is required for both products of animal origin and products not of animal origin
  • Test for Salmonella spp in betel leaves as required by Assimilated Regulation (EU) 2019/1793
  • Analyse imports of feed and food for Mycotoxins
  • Test for Aflatoxins in nut products, spices and dried fruit as required by Assimilated Regulation (EU) 2019/1793
  • Analysis for other miscellaneous contaminants including Pesticide analysis - dried products (e.g. tea), Plastic kitchenware - Formaldehyde / Primary aromatic amines, Caesium 134 and Caesium 137, Sulphites / Sulphur Dioxide, Pentachlorophenol (PCP) and dioxins, Veterinary residues, Heavy Metals, Nematodes, Biotoxins, Histamine Detection, Dioxins and Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), Unauthorised GMOs, Unauthorised colours, Sudan Dyes, Acrylamide, Irradiation, Ethylene Oxide, Rhodamine B, Cyanide, Norovirus, Speciation testing, Review of labelling description, Adulteration, Nutrition and health claims, Dangerous substances (DNP, DMMA), Allergens
