What the contract covers

Supply, installation, leasing and maintenance service

Provision, installation, and ongoing maintenance of mains-fed water chillers, bottled water coolers, and instant hot water boilers for commercial facilities.

  • Supply and install free-standing mains-fed water chillers/coolers and bottled water chillers/coolers at designated RBFRS locations, including up to 34 bottled-water-chiller sites.
  • Supply and install free-standing or wall-mounted instant hot water boilers capable of dispensing water at 100°C and accommodating vessels up to 2 litres.
  • Deliver bottled water during servicing visits, remove and dispose of used bottles responsibly, and provide a telephone or portal ordering process for Fire Stations and HQ.
  • Provide leasing options and a fixed monthly price for all services and assets supplied.
  • Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance, including cleaning, descaling and filter replacement at intervals specified in the SLA, while keeping equipment operational and compliant with statutory requirements.
  • Provide PAT test certificates, installation records, cleaning reports/certificates, maintenance certificates, energy-efficiency ratings, operative training and a detailed SLA covering service intervals, response times and performance standards.
  • Develop and execute a mobilisation plan with site assessment surveys covering equipment placement, feasibility of transition from bottled to mains-fed cooling, and additional hot and cold-water points as directed.
