  • Create a corporate positioning statement aligned with Orbit's vision
  • Review Orbit's business continuity plans and share lessons learnt from Perry St
  • Discuss and agree potential incident-based issues scenarios
  • Develop how Orbit would respond operationally and reputationally based on its existing business continuity plans
  • Plan and implement an issues management workshop with Orbit's communications and Silver IMT teams
  • Create a specific communications-focused section of Orbit's Issues Management Procedure, with operational considerations
  • Provide recommendations for the various teams to implement
  • Design and run a scenario day with Silver IMT to test internal plans and identify gaps
